Looking for something different to do in Brighton and Hove this November? The Grand Winter Makers Fair returns to the atmospheric British Engineerium in Hove on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2026.

Independent makers in a remarkable Victorian setting

Organised by Paper Daisy Events, this two-day fair brings together more than 120 makers, artists, designers and small businesses. Expect handcrafted gifts, independent creativity and a lively seasonal atmosphere inside one of Hove’s most unusual historic buildings.

Plan your visit

The fair runs from 10.30am to 5pm on both days at the British Engineerium, The Droveway, Hove, BN3 7QA. Entry to the fair is free, although queues may form and optional queue-jump tickets are offered. Museum admission and steam tours are separate.

Make a Brighton weekend of it

Combine the fair with time by the sea and an autumn city break. The Coach House near Queen’s Park offers a comfortable base for exploring Brighton and Hove, with private parking for guests.
